# Yash Verma > I help B2B companies selling to the US find the one channel worth owning, and I build the agents that run it. In June, Hang Ten raised $32M betting AI eats IT services. Six weeks later June came out of stealth with $20M, arguing that deploying AI is now the bottleneck, which creates a new kind of services work. Both will sell, because a point of view finds the buyers who already half-believe it. We learned the same thing selling air purifiers to offices. Specs and pricing got ignored. What got replies was an email showing a CXO the air quality reading at their own office that morning. Try this: Write the one sentence your best-fit buyer already half-believes, and put it above everything else on your homepage. So we built a measurement platform that used satellite data and field sensors to verify results, and put it at the front of every pitch. Try this: List the proof points a larger competitor cannot copy in six months. Lead with the first one. ### The number that decides a category is rarely in the market report We almost built an alkaline water business and killed it in two months. The reason was one number no report carried: 30 to 40% of every Kangen machine's price goes to distributor commissions, roughly $1,800 to whoever closes a household. Our bottle was going to sell for $100 to $120. You cannot pay someone $1,800 to close a sale that small, so the channel that built the category was closed to us. Try this: Before sizing a category, find out who gets paid to close each sale, and how much. In our account, four flows produced 88% of flow revenue. The bigger leak was two flows fighting over the same trigger, where the older one wins by default: the flow earning $3.08 per recipient got 177 sends while the one earning $0.66 got 16,810. Try this: Export your flow report, sort by revenue per recipient, and check whether any two flows share a trigger. In B2B the same cap applies to trial and onboarding sequences. You would give a new hire six weeks to learn how you sell. An agent gets only what you put into words, so the ceiling on its output is how carefully you have examined your own work. My whole operation now runs on a folder of plain markdown files that any AI can read. Try this: Before your next agent project, write down the ten questions a new hire would ask you in week one, and answer them.
